What Qualifies for a Refund?

  • Damaged Products: Your item arrived damaged or broken. We cover this with a full refund, no questions asked (after verification).
  • Defective Items: The product has a manufacturing defect or doesn't work as intended. We'll verify the defect and process your refund.
  • Wrong Item Shipped: We accidentally sent you the wrong product. This is on us, and we'll refund you immediately.

What doesn't qualify: Items that are simply "not as expected," changed your mind, or don't match the photos exactly. We've carefully curated every product on Kartico, and our quality vetting process means what you see is what you get. However, we do have options if this happens—read on.

Our Refund Process

  1. Report the Issue Immediately: WhatsApp us photos/videos showing the damage, defect, or issue along with your order details. Must report the same day you receive the product.
  2. We Verify Your Claim: Our team reviews your photos/videos to verify the issue. This typically takes 5-7 business days.
  3. We Arrange Return Shipping: After verification, we'll WhatsApp you a prepaid return shipping label. We cover all return shipping costs.
  4. You Ship It Back: Use the label to return the product. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund.
  5. Refund Credited: Refund is credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we verify the returned item.

What If You Want to Keep the Product?

In some cases, we may offer a 50% refund to keep the product, at our discretion. This happens in about 20% of refund cases, evaluated individually.

Multiple Items in One Order

If you order multiple items and only one has an issue, you can refund just that one item. We'll process a refund for only the defective or damaged product.
